These magnificent wild islands form an archipelago of 7 islands, located just 1 km from the coast of Estartit and in the Parc Natural del Montgrí, a protected area for more than 20 years. They are a real paradise for divers.
You will find mooring buoys available to enjoy the sea with the greatest respect for the environment. You must stay at least 50 m from the divers’ buoys. Anchor is prohibited.
Visiting the Medes Islands is prohibited but the seabed is particularly rich in diverse and prosperous flora and fauna

Cala Sa Tuna – 20 mn
A small cove that retains its old fishermen’s houses and has an even smaller cove on the right side accessible by the walkway called S’Eixugador, a wild place of beautiful tranquility.
Due to its sheltered location and tortuous access, Sa Tuna is a cove that is always an unsuspected discovery for those who visit it.

Cala Aiguafreda – 20 mn
Cala Aiguafreda is located in the village of Begur, in the Costa Brava Centre, in the region of Baix Empordà. It is a calanque located in a natural environment with an average degree of occupation in summer.

The cove itself extends over almost 80 meters long and 30 meters wide. This is the perfect cocktail for all vacationers!

Cala Tamariu – 40 mn
Tamariu is a quiet and idyllic village in a sheltered bay on Spain’s Costa Brava, close to the resorts of Llafranc and Calella de Palagrugell. Tamariu owes its name to the green hills dotted with thousands of tamarind trees.
The poor condition of the roads leading to Tamariu may have kept construction promoters at bay.So Tamariu was able to keep its charm of a small fishing village with only 300 people.

Cala Llafranc – 50 mn
Some people say that the coastline of Palafrugell, in the Baix Empordà, is the most beautiful of the Costa Brava.
This is precisely where Llafranc is located, an eminently touristic village that still retains part of its origins as a village of sailors and fishermen.
